Polished Concrete Flooring Northamptonshire

Concrete Polishing were instructed by our client who had chosen polished concrete flooring for their project at Silverstone , Northamptonshire. Our client had explored many other flooring options. However felt that polished concrete was by far the most suitable flooring option to deliver the results that they were looking for.

Snowden’s Seamless Flooring installed conventional concrete to a power trowelled finish. Concrete Polishing then mechanically diamond polished the 1,200m2 area at the Aston Martin F1 Headquarters at Silverstone, Northamptonshire.

Our client however was very specific as to the overall look that they were wanting to achieve. The client opted for a flint Grey colour polished to a variable style finish. To achieve a variable-style finish, contractors from Concrete Polishing lightly ground the slab therefore ensuring that partial aggregate was exposed throughout. After contractors completed the grinding stages, the diamond polishing process began, and contractors took the floor up to a medium gloss level.

Polished Concrete Northamptonshire Stairs

Aside, from our client opting for polished concrete flooring at their project in Northamptonshire. They also instructed Concrete Polishing to complete stair works. Contractors laid stair trays and treads, filling the trays to create concrete treads and stair nosing. Again, it was executed using a flint grey colour with a hand-trowelled variable style finish to coincide with the overall flooring.
